Trainer to go!
Are you not able to commit to regular personal training sessions with a trainer? Is your schedule so busy and scattered that you can’t train at the same times/days every week?
Online personal training may be the answer for you!
Get started with the Aquamotion Initial Assessment and Consultation to meet your trainer and review your physical condition and personal fitness goals. Following this, you will have 3 in person training sessions which will allow for your trainer to provide any feedback or corrective exercise to combat any movement dysfunction or compensation patterns you may have. This will also allow for the foundation of your program to be developed.
Following these sessions, a soft copy of your program will be provided to you by email or through an online sharing cloud. The program includes support from your trainer by email and also by skype, when you want it or need it. There are also monthly check in’s, in person, to track your progress, provide accountability and to make any changes or improvements to your program. If you’ve always wanted to have a personal trainer, but can never find the time, online training is for you!
