What to expect on your first visit
Your initial assessment consists of a one-on-one consultation with your trainer and a complete comprehensive review of your medical history and your health and fitness goals at the location of your choice in your community. A thorough postural assessment and functional movement screen follow the consultation and help your trainer identify any compensation patterns or movement dysfunction you may have.
The results from these assessments allow your trainer to assess your physical condition and your goals and then helps them to prescribe you the best program for you individually whether you are in the pool, on land at home, or in the gym.
*Please note: Bring athletic wear for the gym if you are a dryland client and bathing suit or appropriate swimwear if you are a pool client. Our sessions and assessments typically are an hour long in duration.
