What should I bring to my sessions?

You should bring athletic wear and running shoes to your first session/ initial assessment. If you are an aquatic therapy client you should bring exercise appropriate swimwear and a towel to all sessions as you will be in the pool. You will be moving around, so make sure to wear clothing or swimwear that have good coverage and will stay put.

How long is the initial assessment?

The initial assessment and all sessions are booked for an hour. For partner training assessments, each partner will have an individual session for an hour. For all dryland training and rehabilitation, please come early to warm up so that you are ready to go at the identified session time.

What is your cancellation policy?

Aquamotion’s cancellation policy requires that you cancel with at least 24 hours notice. If you cancel with less than 24hrs notice, there is a late fee charge of $50 or you will be counted as attended at your pre- paid session.

Should I start with aquatic exercise or can I do dryland training?

If you have an injury or condition that is aggravated by activity on land, the pool is a good place for you to start. If you do not have difficulty exercising on land and have no adverse effects to dry land exercise, then you can start on land.

Can we train at my home gym/ condo gym/ home or condo pool?

Yes. If you have a home gym/pool or gym/ pool in your condo building that you would prefer to train in, we can come to you. Please make sure to ask when you book your first session.

Do you bill ICBC directly?

Yes we do bill ICBC directly. Please contact us for further information on ICBC client information and payment information.
